Timberland Place is located off of US-1 between I-20 and I-26. The community is centrally located to a variety of dinning, shopping, and family activities in Central Midland areas.

It's no wonder that Timberland Place was awarded "The Community of the Year" by the Greater Columbia Homebuilder's Association with its sidewalks and streetlights throughout the neighborhood, not to mention a community pool and playground, that can't help but encourage a sense of community. It's not unusual to drive through our community and find neighbors enjoying the company of other neighbors.
